FUSION

In today’s fast-paced enterprise environment, employees are often overwhelmed by managing multiple platforms and an overload of tasks. To address this, we designed a one-stop mobile app for an automobile client in IT (visuals withheld for privacy), bringing essential services together in one convenient place.

Fusion is a mobile app that seamlessly integrates enterprise platforms, providing employees with a curated view of vital information for their everyday needs.

The project focused on UX/UI design, covering prototype design, interface design, and usability testing within an agile framework. The project involved over 30 screens and a cross-functional team of 14 members.

We conducted extensive research to gather valuable insights through both primary research (interviews and direct conversations with employees across different levels) and secondary research (analyzing open sources such as forums, articles, competitor studies, market trends, and UX analyses). This helped us identify the target audience, define user personas, and prioritize features based on their impact and importance.

After defining the opportunities and functionalities, we moved on to designing the information architecture, creating rough wireframes, and developing the final visual designs for the screens. Once the designs were complete, we built prototypes in InVision for walkthroughs and initial testing.

Throughout the design process, we continuously referred back to our research to ensure no details were overlooked. The entire user flow was carefully crafted, and post-design, an interactive prototype was created to validate the experience.
